REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival. Please read our returns policy below:
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Notify Us: Contact us by email (weldedloveuk@outlook.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a description of the damage, and photographs of the damaged item.
2. Return Process: Once your return is approved, customer to provide return shipping to return the damaged item.
3. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or for items that are not damaged.
